Thank you to other Angie's members for your reviews of this business so I was able to find and use it. <br /> Dennis came to my site within a day of me contacting him which I really appreciated because I was getting up to a deadline that the building was to start and it was in jeapardy if I didn't have the pad prepared. Dennis was able to work me into his schedule on short notice and get started right away. Dennis has many years experience in both excavating and concrete so that knowledge is valuable as he does the excavating work. Dennis trucked in the gravel needed with his own truck and was very efficient at it. <br /> In short, I would highly recommend Dennis. He's a straight shooter who says it like it is and knows his craft well. If you have excavating work that needs to be done he's the guy you want to have do it! <br />"

"We had an aerobic septic system installed. Jordan was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and informative and continues to be even after job completion. He made working with the county departments painless. The project was completed sooner than expected (we could use toilets!). He told us the truth about what our yard would look like during and after the job. Despite this, he managed to do a wonderful job working around a tree and flowers which was no easy task! He also connected us to a great concrete guy to create a patio over where the old tank was. We have already recommended Countryside Plumbing to our neighbors."

"We interviewed 4 landscapers before settling on Paul Schwarz Nursery. I gave them a B for price because their pricing was right in the middle. Good price, but of course we all want to pay less. They have an A+ for everything else! And I guess they are worth every penny. Mike created a plan for working with our existing landscape to replace our crumbling retaining wall. He coordinated with the county for permits, which ended up being a laborious adventure, as our previous existing deck would not meet the current setback requirements. Mike was extremely creative and came up with an entirely new plan for us and in the end I am so happy that we ran into problems because what we have now is so much better than before. Their company has done a lot of lakeside work and knows more about the codes and requirements than the county probably does. <br /> Mike went out of his way to incorporate small details that will allow us to have flexibility and make changes down the road. For example: the patio that they installed abuts a screened in porch. This current porch is on the rickety side and Mike anticipated that one day we might want to make changes to it. He planned ahead for this by setting the raw edge of the patio stones up against the porch wall so that if we ever make changes to the porch or want to run the stone all the way to the house foundation, we can continue the stone pattern right through. This is not something that I would have thought of. <br /> Originally we had planned for the work to start in the later part of the summer last year, but because of unplanned setbacks by the county, we decided to delay our project until spring. Mike had taken photos of our garden last year and was able to use the photos to find all the perennials and dig them out to save them--they were still dormant when they started work this spring. Mike's appreciation and knowledge of plant/trees was one of the reasons I felt comfortable working with their company. <br /> The crew surprised us with thoughtful details like adding an electrical outlet and lights. The design of our new yard is completely transforming. We are able to use and enjoy every inch our our yard and I am amazed how I find myself pulled into the landscape like never before. "My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"Unfortunately, they were alomst twice as much as the company we ended going with (Hernandez Bros) and the patio area was half the size or less of what we told them we wanted. The landscaping design they came up with was nice, no WOW factor though. I had also asked them about a pergola, they said they don't do them, but their sister company (don't recall now the name) did them and they would get with them to get us an estimate for that at the same time as the hard and landscape, but never got it."

"I needed to put in a concrete barrier. Andrej came by and gave a very low estimate. I was initially concerned about the low bid. I was also concerned about the low scores from other reviewers on Angie's list. I noticed however that many of the reviewers had not actually used Andrej's services and were simply concerned by his low bid or maybe his accent. Who knows.  <br /> Needless to say, I had Andrej complete the work. He did a great job on the concrete. He came back after a couple of days to repair spots in the concrete that I did not notice and did not care if the spots were repaired. Andrej insisted on making the repairs.  <br /> I have used Andrej on second job already. He did a great job on the second concrete project too. <br />"

"Everything went very well. My husband did the prep work they requested (removing paneling and drywall to 18 inches above the floor, cutting the wood studs to that level, and removing carpeting to six inches away from the wall). Two workers from Badger Basement came to our house and were completely done in only two hours. They jackhammered out the existing concrete slab, installed metal channels in the wall to drain any moisture out beyond the foundation, installed a sump pump in the room's closet, and poured fresh concrete to fill the new trench. All work done very professionally and thoroughly."
