"What a terrible experience. There is no supervisor on site despite being told there would be. I had broken sprinkler lines despite having marked them in paint and pointed out the markings. I had to correct the concrete forms because the radius was not to specifications nor was it level. The stone wall was placed in the wrong place and had to be redone. And to top it off they broke both mine and my neighbors mailboxes and refused to pay for the damage."

James is super knowledgeable and makes sure that clients are informed of what their choices are and what options exist. James was able to provide me with several different options for having our driveway done. Fortunately, James was able to refer me to a community partner in Fredericksburg who had a special program for eco-friendly work. We did run into a small hiccup during the project. The company that makes the pavers for the project had discontinued the two colors that we had discussed. When James found out he personally took me out to the landscaping yard to look at options and make sure that we were happy with the new choices.
