"Presidential Exteriors were by far the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Some people might not like the fact that they want all decision makers present when they come over, but this is so they don’t waste time coming out again. At first, we thought the price was high but after the job was completed, we felt like we got every bit of what we paid for, if not more. Almost every inch of the exterior of our house (except windows and doors but including gutters and downspouts) were replaced and our 1968 built house now looks brand new. We contracted for a new roof (new shingles and board replacement) for the house and horse barn. We also had a large skylight replaced. This was a big job and Felix and his roofing team were great. They worked from sunrise until well after dark and completed everything in two days even though my roof had some issues. Michael and his team installed Hardie Board siding on the entire house. This was a huge job and the finished product looks incredible, especially the detail work like the trim and capping around windows and doors, and the new soffit and fascia under and on the roof overhang. Michael personally bent all the aluminum himself and took great pride in his work. We never expected the finished product to look so good. I work from my house so I was concerned about how that would work out, but everyone was so friendly and respectful that it was never an issue. Jake the project manager, Eva the project coordinator and the Operations Department were also great to work with. Jake did the final inspection with me, coordinated the removal of excess materials and set up some minor touch up work that needed to be done. This is an extremely well managed company and I highly recommend them for any exterior work."

"This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy. <br /> We were very pleased by the earlier work. "My experience with Nova Exteriors was great. I needed new storm doors installed on two sets of French doors leading to a patio. Each set of doors has a total width of 48", so a custom solution was needed. Nova works with Provia, which manufactured the doors. The job was intricate and the Nova team needed a fair bit of creativity to make the new doors work on my 1976 row house. Near the end of the 9-hour install, they made a couple of small measurement errors and cut a couple of pieces of trim a bit short. They made it work as best as possible at the time, and then worked with me to replace the short pieces as soon as they could get new ones from Provia. The last step happened yesterday, and their guy showed up in a mask and gloves and was careful and respectful of social distancing and wiped surfaces down before he left. I am very happy with the service I received, the quality of the work, and the doors themselves. I would not hesitate to use Nova again or recommend them. I used them because of their relationship with Provia and the good reviews on Angie's List, so thanks to previous reviewers."
