"My experience with Omar Guerra ( GUERRA SERVICES, LLC) was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! Out of the 4 people I called/left a vm message - He was the ONLY one who called me back and/or right away. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL And INFORMATIVE, He told me everything he was doing during the repair process, come to find out I had a HUGE BLOCK OF ICE in my fridge and he explained to me how that can prevent air flow causing the fridge to not cool properly. He then ran some other diagnostics and such, checked the coils as well (which he cleaned as well) etc. He cleaned the water line pipe as well. My overall service was AMAZING and for a GREAT PRICE TOO!!!!
