"Very happy! Back story….Our house (we are/were this first owners but it was not built for us) was sided with fiber cement. It falling apart after 17 years. Chipped corners, nails backing out, etc. Not to mention the builder had cut corners. We chose to replace it with premium insulated vinyl siding but it was found that the house had not sheathed with proper OSB sheathing (it was more like a 3-4mm thick, dense cardboard) in order vinyl siding to be put up. Also, we found out the windows had not sealed/flashed at all and this caused water damage to some of the lower floor studs underneath the windows all which needed to replaced. This was an extensive process (and $$$). Needless to say all was corrected and siding went up and looks fantastic! Would definitely recommend!"

My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! "Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.
