I called them one morning and, after I had initially scheduled their first available appointment for a day or two later, the plumber (Scott) was able to come by later the same day. The plumber evaluated the work, discussed cost-performance tradeoffs for the leaking valves and sink drain accessories, purchased the parts, and installed them and connected the sink and faucet. The work was completed in about 2 hours (including the time taken to buy parts). The system so far has been problem-free. The plumber worked very efficiently and was always helpful and courteous. "Anthony called to tell me he would be arriving late to begin working. He and his associate arrived at the revised time. They dug out a collection pit for the water and began the trenching that needed to go from one side of my home to the edge of my property next to the gutter. Anthony went to another job and returned to check on his helper's progress. He then removed and replaced the outside faucet and then the one in the garage. The next day they returned to put cement over the area they had to jack hammer out for the trench. Unfortunately it began to rain, so the job was finished on the next clear day."
