After many over priced quotes, underpriced quotes with a wink and a nod to do this small job without permit, or contractors that stopped by to provide a quote that we never heard from again we received a referral from Angie's list for Superior Building Construction.  Stan came by, gave us a reasonable quote then followed up with a very professional and complete contract.  We signed with Superior and were pleasantly surprised with the continued professionalism.  We received compete drawings with architectural choices.  After our selection, it was put through the permit process.  At each point we received proper communication from Stan. Once construction began, Stan was there managing the subcontractors and working alongside.  We were delighted with each subcontractor Stan brought on board.  They were all punctual, courteous and cleaned up everything after their respective jobs were complete. With Covid supply shortages you can imagine some of the issues that arose, but with each roadblock Stan communicated with us and we worked out satisfactory work arounds. This remodel was a pleasant experience and Stan and his team made the difference. You can be confident in your project if you select Superior Building Concepts."

"We hired Steller Construction and Remodeling LLC to build a deck/Catio in May 2024. Micha (the Owner) was straightforward to work with and reach throughout the process. We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's (the owner) ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing !!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were professional and very polite everyday. At the end of each they completely cleaned up the area. We have worked with one other construction company and a roofing company when we did some remodling on our last home and did not have a good experience with either company. We hired John Wood of JAW Construction to transform a building shell originally intended to be a shop for building trusses into a small house (officially an auxiliary dwelling unit or ADU) and are thrilled we found him. The job required skills that extended beyond new construction to include the insight, skill and craftsmanship of a highly experienced remodeling expert. He possessed these in spades. Beyond his own expertise, he has assembled a set of sub-contractors that are excellent craftsmen in their own areas of expertise. The job was doubly challenging given that for much of the construction period we were out of state getting our old home ready for sale. This also meant that an extra element of trust was involved. John sent us pictures of the progress, so that we could monitor from a distance. In addition, he was able to identify and rectify several flaws in our design. As with any large construction/remodeling project, there were some unexpected expenses that came up, but John worked with us to help limit cost overruns, sometimes foregoing profits. "There are few words to describe how pleased my wife and I were with the
work that Jay Bemis at Timeless Construction did on our recent remodel
and addition which took place in 2015- 2016.  After interviewing several
contractors we chose to work with Jay.  It was clear to me from our
first meeting - he had the ability and experience to do the job.

Our project was large in scale ($600,000 + ) technical, complicated, and
very challenging with many moving parts.   The addition of nearly 1000
sq feet to our home required the complete removal of our roof  and
rebuilding of much of the existing structure.  In addition, we did a
complete kitchen renovation, outside deck, new roof, and a concrete
patio.  Jay was responsible for all phases of the project; from
excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, A/V etc., to the
finish work.  We were extremely happy with his eye for detail and
quality of workmanship.  

This was true, not only for himself and his crew, but for all his subcontractors. 
His crew and his subcontractors were on the job site and - on time - everyday, respectful
of my home, my family and our needs as we lived in our home as the
renovation and construction took place over 15 months.  This being my
5th remodeling experience - working with such a crew was a pleasure!

"During wind storm a tree fell on out buildings. A garage and 2 sheds. This company was fast in tarping garage roof to keep rain from getting in. Also, Anwar was quick to give estimates on repairing garage roof and sheds. His crews put new roof on garage and sheds as well as replacing broken rafters caused by the tree. They prepped and painted garage and sheds. They look brand new. Anwar interfaced with my insurance company to get additional considerations from the original insurance estimate. I was especially appreciative of his help. You can't go wrong by hiring Dluxe Construction!!!"
