Dust and dirt from the construction that had to take place was constrained to as small an area as possible. Each workday tarps were placed over our hardwood floors, carpeted areas, and furniture to prevent soiling. At the end of each workday Tom's crew took the time to clean up after themselves not only inside the house but also in the garage where tile cutting, mortar mixing, etc. was done. They used only quality materials and guided us through the entire process with professional advice and recommendations about available upgrades. "Everything went very well, i.e., the consultations & purchase with Noel Smith in the showroom, the precise measurements, and the fabrication & installation coordinated by Donny the fab shop manager. Everyone involved in the process was very personable, professional & competent, and easy to work with. A few weeks after the installation, we noticed a minor flaw (knick) on the product which Donny was able to repair very much to our satisfaction. He also made an excellent repair of a knick that we had caused a few months later. He is very good at what he does. We primarily worked with Tracy. She came by our home and measured for the countertops, then provided us with quotes for several options. She was very patient with us as we worked through the process.
