"Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

"It's always sketchy hiring a company to work on or in our homes. Repair King did a great job on my home repair. This company does the smaller jobs that big siding company's won't do. The big siding company's tend to want the big jobs and some even put a limit on the minimum job amount. This is where Repair King comes in. Jason Gardner has a niche that must keep him busy because he's the guy you want for these types of jobs or repairs that the big company's won't bother with...I'm keeping his card and will definitely use Repair King again. The only reason by I gave him a 4.0 for value is that he wasn't the lowest bid we got but when we saw his work we were glad we hired him and not the other company who was slightly lower. It doesn't always pay to use the lowest bid. A value for the money of 4.0 is still very good."

"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. I would highly recommend  Southern Grace Exteriors to anyone needing home roof work.

"I wanted the house to look good and they did it in an excellent manner. Price is very competitive. I am extremely pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to give him all "A's. I have recommended them to my neighbors already. He's gonna do some more work next Wednesday and the approximate cost of $2000 already includes the work that he's gonna do next Wednesday. They did come back and did some carpentry and painting. They also fully recaulked 16 windows and a jacuzzi tub. They did a heck of a job and they saved me over $700!"
