"Sales, Office and Installers were all very professional and quick. I am very happy with ALL of the work and interactions with Window World and would do business with them again without question. I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I wanted the house to look good and they did it in an excellent manner. Price is very competitive. I am extremely pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to give him all "A's. I have recommended them to my neighbors already. He's gonna do some more work next Wednesday and the approximate cost of $2000 already includes the work that he's gonna do next Wednesday. They did come back and did some carpentry and painting. They also fully recaulked 16 windows and a jacuzzi tub. They did a heck of a job and they saved me over $700!"

"We had a hailstorm in March 2020 right before the shutdown. Will came out and inspected our house and found damage to roof siding and gutters. He then contacted my insurance and because of covid my insurance company’s color match and inspection departments were closed. He stayed with them until they approved the repairs in July 2020. The roof was replaced immediately. The siding was on back order because of covid, we were kept informed though out this time. The siding came in in December 2020 and we asked them to wait until after Christmas, which they did. The 1st was on a weekend, so January 4th they began installing the siding which took 2 days and then they installed the gutters on the 3rd day. Could not have been happier with the work or more grateful for their help with insurance and suppliers during this pandemic. Also I want to thank them for keeping me updated though all the months it took because of covid. Had to be frustrating to them also. The house looks great and I am very happy!"

The first two companies both tried to tell me I needed an entire roof replacement. I contacted ferguson roofing who told me the majority of the roof was still in good shape and only need a few hundred dollars of shingle replacements. After the estimate a date was given for the work and they showed up on time and completed the job. Not only were they honest and reliable but they are huge supporters of first responders and military."

"You can definitely feel confident doing business with Issac (Shield Xteriors). I found him online while looking for someone to install concrete siding (James Hardie siding) on my gables of my log cabin. Issac got ahold of me quickly explained everything and set up a time to meet to go over the job. The bid was more than fair and after completion I couldn t be happier with how it turned out. The painting was done extremely well and very closely matched my log stain. Issac checked back with me on a regular basis to make sure I was happy and was satisfied with the work. Concrete siding IS NOT easy like vinyl siding it takes knowledge and skill to be done right. These guys specialize in James Hardie and let me tell you when you see the work you will understand what I mean. These are not fly by night subcontractors it is a family business and they care about their reputation.
