Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Troy, NY

"Kristi was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He replaced all the columns on our front porch in a single day, and we're very pleased with the results. I've already given Kristi's contact information to my son for some work on his house. I will contact Kristi again for future work."

"The finished product is far better than I imagined it would be. Beautiful and functional. The new wall and walk blend a large deck into one cohesive landscape that complements the house. Additionally, I have space for permanent planting and annual pots. Just love it."

"We started meeting with Chris in winter to plan our project. We met several times to exchange ideas and he was very careful to listen to our needs and to suggest the best ways to achieve them. Once the building began he and his assistant worked efficiently and communicated their plans and progress daily. The work site was left well organized and clean each day and after the project was done. The project itself was to build a Trex deck with solar lighting and to restore power to our barn (the line had been cut when our new well was installed). We are very happy with the finished product and look forward to working with Chris in the future!"

"We are extremely happy with our new front porch! Mr. Flacke and his employees worked efficiently and completed the job professionally. Several neighbors have made positive comments about the appearance of our new porch. We highly recommend this company!"

"The team from The Climate Chief were very professional from day one. They laid out plastic sheeting to protect our recently refinished hard wood floors. Cleaned up any messes from the blown in insulation. Covered the doorway by utilizing TEVEC house wrap and tape so we would not lose much heat when the hoses were running. At the end of each day one of the employees would pick up the plastic sheeting and sweep the floors and they would pick up all the tools so not to leave a cluttered workplace inside and outside. Billy Mike, and crew were very happy and cheerful while at work. Very knowledgeable about how to seal up any of the existing open areas. They removed all the existing fiberglass insulation before replacing with 18 inches of cellulose R60. A very professional job we are very pleased to say. We noticed a warmer difference in room temperatures right away! We would strongly recommend them to others!"
