"He came when he said he would. Agreed that if it was under sink. Recommended we cut out bottom piece of chip board that was severely warped from earlier exposure to water. We decided to wait until after holiday’s and he drilled two holes through the board to access between cabinet and floor. He sprayed a non toxic enzyme that combats the mold. Mold odor disappeared within a few days and was completely gone in a week. I will have him back to complete work."

"The company sent a packet with instructions to provide samples from two sites. We returned these in the Priority envelope provided. Within a few days we received an evaluation of the mold. It does not appear to be a serious problem. I would have graded this work higher if the company had provided general guidelines for remediating the problem. We were relieved to find the problem not serious, but would have appreciated more clarity, such as a simple page outlining safe and unsafe do-it-yourself procedures materials materials. (Suggestions I found online, such as whether to use vinegar, bleach, etc., were sometimes confusing, even contradictory.)"

"I was very happy with David’s work. There are other mold inspectors who offer cheaper options, but you pay for high quality inspection with David. This is the sort of stuff that you don’t want to cut corners with. From the get-go, I felt assured of David’s understanding and expertise in the area of mold. "Mike Partlow surpassed all expectations. The cost of his services was considerably less than that of another contractor, who also gave us an estimate, and his plan was much less invasive. Mike, though he traveled a distance to get to our home, was punctual. He was neat, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Because I tend to worry a lot I had many questions along the way. Mike's patience never ran out. We were in constant contact by email until all my questions were answered. We hired Mike to treat mold in our house. Not only did he do that but he came back another day to give a second treatment. He suggested, with good reason, that the bathroom fans should not be vented into the attic and that the ventilation in the attic needed to be improved. We agreed to have him vent the two bathroom fans to the outside, and to install a fan to better vent the attic. Mike did all the work with great speed, with minimum inconvenience to us, explaining everything all along."

"He arrived much earlier and had been on the roof and done a thou rough walk around the property prior to my arrival and then walked through all findings with myself and my agent. Had all waters running from time of arrival to exit, checking for leaks and all surrounding walls for moisture .Checked foundations, heating and cooling, electricity , attic for mold and moisture and leaks. Checked everything! He took detailed pictures of all findings big or small and wrote them up executively while explaining them to myself and 15 year old son in laymans terms. Very knowledgeable and helpful and report was emailed with pictures included same evening! Radon test resulted by email as well. <br />"
