"I am so disappointed. This company did a bait and switch and I ended up cancelling the order because they wanted $2,000 more! One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"

"I have had the enclosure from Patio Enclosures since last February. The enclosure is beautiful, until you have an issue. The customer service is horrible. One of my dog damaged the screen frame on the storm door. I have called 6 times about buying a replacement screen. They still have not returned my call regarding the replacement nor have they even given me a price. On the same screen door, The stop seized up while we were opening the door, pulled the screws out of the door jamb damaging the door jamb. After emailing and texting them multiple time they said it was from wind damage. No wind damage the part the installed intermittently locks. After 2 weeks of complaining they sent out a installer. That was roughly about a month ago. No calls, no emails, no attempts to make any type of repair. The interior door knobs keep coming off. Called and told them about that now return call. I would recommend using another company for your enclosure because they do not seem to care about their p"

"Patio Room Factory replaced a 30 year old Florida room for me. It was great experience from start to finish. They worked with me to insure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. They were patient, responsive and helpful as I had a lot of questions. Demo of the old room and the rebuild couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The workmanship and materials are top notch. "Dealing with Colin was a major issue. Many of the boards used are cracked or split. During the placement of decking boards many are cut and spliced together when.could used a full board. Many of the cuts around poles are poorly completed. It took three times to finally pass inspection. I wouldn't recommend Colin nor better built for decking. Just look at few photos provided. Have many texts that shows the unprofessionalism of the company. Just very disappointed with the quality and the price but mostly the inconveniences."

"Terry and Michael are great installers. The owner of the business is very hard to deal with and will not take care of issues that arise. I have been trying for 11/2 years to have my kitchen floor fixed. The owner Todd said I bought discontinued floor and it was my fault that it is coming apart. The tongue and groove edges cracked causing my floor to come up due to an employee beating my floor in place. The employee no longer works there but Todd refuses to fix my floor. I have gaps in my living room and a bad spot in my bedroom. I contacted the flooring company and they told me that the floor was not properly installed. They offered to send replacement flooring, but I would have to pay shipping. I would also have to pay someone to tear up my kitchen and install the new floor. Todd put frog tape on my floor and said they would get caulk and other things to fix my floor. This was 5 months ago and I never heard a word from them. Todd does not believe in customer service and once he has your money he is finished no matter what issues arise."
