"Roberto and his team were excellent. With painting - - the true quality is in the preparation. I have never seen painters do a more thorough job of preparation. We also had many shingles that needed to be replaced. The team did an awesome job with that as well. If there were a higher grade than an "A" I would give it to them. The team was professional, neat and clean, courteous and respectful. They arrived when they said they would and worked hard all day. After a long day they then cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day even if they were coming back the next morning. The price was more than fair. Thank you Roberto and team. He communicated with us before, during, and after the job by phone, text, and email to keep us informed about the progress of the job. Pav coordinated with Ocean Edge Management regarding the repair of portions of the building that were rotted out due to previous water damage and billed the management company for this portion of the job. "We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ.
