"Wow! Unbelievable! If we ever have a water problem again, Pioneer will be the only waterproofing company that we call. We were getting some water in our basement which has a stack-stone foundation and radiant floor heating. We interviewed three companies and were particularly concerned about a solution that would stop the water without compromising the radiant tubes that were in the floor. Initially, Pioneer recommended a baseboard system that would run along the outside of the wall. Upon inspection, Mike Oliveira discussed a traditional drain to sump pump solution. We reiterated our concern about puncturing a tube in the floor and Mike assured us that he and his team would hand chisel potential problem areas to avoid the tubing. Moreover, this solution would save us roughly $2K and give us a lifetime guarantee vs. a 25 year guarantee on the baseboard system. The team showed up on time, cleared a 50' span of concrete by Noon, uncovered two sections of radiant tubing without puncturing the line, installed the moisture barrier, sump pump and new concrete by 4 p.m. They had to drill through a hefty header board to connect the pump line to an existing drainage line that carries water away from home and that was completed by 5:30 p.m. Mike came back in a week and we tested the fix using free-flow from our sprinkler system -- it worked perfectly. Subsequently we've had some consistent spring rain and absolutely no water in the basement. The team (including sales, service, billing, installation) was professional, courteous and available when we had questions. They saved us money, fixed our problem and provided a lifetime guarantee. We're both ecstatic and amazed!"

"My home, built in 1860 has a stone/brick foundation that had fallen in spots. mark and his crew rebuild the wall, put in a granite steps"

"The best company in the business. Very efficient, prompt service and very clean work. The job was to waterproof a very large basement. Wendell and his crew did an excellent job by digging and installing the waterproofing system and waterproofing wall barriers. They sealed everything with cement and the basement is now free of any moisture or water. Great job!"

"My family and I were thrilled with how our experience with Kings Masonry went. The estimate process was easy, the communication throughout the project was excellent, the workmanship was fantastic, and the job was completed quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for masonry work to be completed on their home!"

"They said pump needed replacing. It was expensive, but work was done quickly and we have had no problem since then"

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"Watchman was great and responsive. I had water coming through my old stone foundation, Watchman came by to review the situation, and honestly told me I really just needed a mason to repoint the stones (no big deal) rather than the more robust solutions they offered. I appreciated their honesty and integrity for NOT selling me something I didn't need! It says a lot about the quality of their company and their work; if I ever needed their services I would use them without hesitation."

"I purchased a Big Deal for 6 hours of bathroom painting and/or plastering. It was a bit difficult to schedule (although to the provider's defense they were backlogged as a result of winter-storm related appointment cancellations earlier in February that were out of their control). When they arrived they were quick, efficient, and explained upfront that the special was only for one day's work and they thus would not be able to fully complete one of the bathrooms (they could only plaster it). I appreciated the upfront disclosure, which reduced room for confusion or dissatisfaction. I think they could have been slightly more attentive to detail, but I really can't complain for the great price that I received.

"However, as of Monday it will be almost a week since I have heard back and the only feedback I got was a promise to get back to me by the end of the day with a quote after I EMAILED HIM!
I have had so many handmen and contractors not call me back, or are unavailable. I was really excited to find someone and get started.
I felt like it shouldn't take this long to get an estimate on the work and I would rather be told straight forward that the project would not be big enough or the schedule did not work. If I am having this much trouble getting an estimate, what about the work?
We are trying to decide whether or not to put our home on the market and this price weighs in our decision."
