As a result, I have had very few problems with the spa except when a lightning strike fried the circuit panel, and even then, the Cape and Islands people rapidly and successfully replaced it. I have complete trust and confidence in Cape and Islands to manage and, if necessary, repair my hot tub."

Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
