"I couldn't have been more impressed with Revival. First of all, we got three bids and theirs was the most affordable by quite a bit. Normally, this would concern me about quality, but I had nothing to worry about. They were responsive and prompt leading up to the installation process, easy to work with on scheduling, and when it came time to install their team was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The best, though, came well after the job was done and paid. When we were having a problem with the heat distribution months later, Robert came over personally and promptly, spending over two hours to get things corrected. Then--almost a year after the installation--a tree branch came down in a storm, damaging the outside unit on a Saturday during an ice storm. Despite the continued challenges of the storm, Robert came out that day to diagnose the problem; brought us space heaters to tide us over; and had the unit replaced and running by Monday. Can't recommend them highly enough."

Jason was able to schedule the replacements within a quick time frame, and he worked thoroughly and diligently to ensure that our new units were installed with the utmost care. I was a little worried at first, as I was bumped not just once but twice for bigger jobs, but I understood, as the first bump was due to the sudden HOT weather and as our AC worked, the company was trying to focus on people with no AC. If my unit had quit working, I would have greatly appreciated the company for doing so, so I thought it was actually nice of them. All I was getting was a routine service check, so no big deal. The second bump was so they could use the tech for a new install, which also didn't bother me, and I was only bumped to two days later. When my tech did come, he was on time (early even), clean, prepared, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and nice to my cat (the one cat I have who likes people). I was quite happy with his service and would call them if I ever had any problems (which I hope we don't!) The girl who called to change my times of service was also very nice. All in all, Anderson Heating & Cooling seems like a really nice- and reliable- company to use!"

"My first contact with the company was excellent. I was impressed their professionalism. Unfortunately now that the system, a heat pump is installed I'm not happy with it. It seems antiquated. I used to be able to operate my previous window air conditioning unit with my phone. The new system has a really poor remote that seems like it was probably designed 10 or 15 years ago. Also, their work DID NOT PASS INSPECTION!!! The best thing I can say is that the new unit is quiet --- unfortunately it is too outdated to be desirable."
