"We had a great experience working with James and his team to install a patio in our backyard. James helped us understand the different available materials and methods for installation, and he was transparent about pricing. He even encouraged us to come to the masonry supply store with him to see the stones in person to make sure we liked what we were getting. James and his team also helped us solve some drainage issues in the backyard, repaired our side stairs and replaced the stucco, and fixed some issues with our front walk. "Came in time, worked efficiently and cleaned up site after they were done. Only glitch was using brown shingles on grey sided shed when we previously said grey or black. Had I not noticed this until they were done, it would have delayed getting the job completedâ ¦as it was, it took only four hours.. called Nelson and he rectified the situation right awayâ ¦at first wanted to say how good quality the brown were and I could get a price break, but I reiterated it wouldnâ t look good and we asked for grey or black. "Our roof had leaked water through the ceiling in a second floor apartment after a heavy rainstorm. Steve and his crew stopped by the next day to look at the repairs needed to my roof. He sent me pictures of the areas on the roof that were missing shingles and spot pointing that was needed on my chimney. Steve sent me a written estimate for the scope of the work and included a 1 year guarantee for the repair work. Steve and his crew came out the very next day and completed all the repairs. Steve sent me a lot of pictures of the completed work. Steve also gave me an estimate to repair the water damaged ceiling inside the apartment.
