"Danny and his team did a great job, were very friendly, and finished on time as promised. In addition to built-ins in the living room, we also had radiator covers and baseboard installed. The built-ins and radiator covers were completely custom and Danny and his carpenter, Jaime, were great in providing recommendations for both functionality and styling as well. We were especially thankful when we ran into an issue with the baseboard. Unfortunately, the baseboard we selected did not cover the cork in all places. With over 80% of the baseboard installed (including moving and returning all furniture), Danny offered to install shoe molding which would cover the exposed cork. A change like this certainly would have been an opportunity to get additional money out of us, but Danny offered to install at cost which was just a couple hundred dollars in more than the originally quoted price. We would definitely recommend Danny, Jaime, and his entire team to anyone looking for quality work."

"Jacobs woodcraft is totally professional. The owner, Jacob, came to my home to measure for my table and plate rail for my new kitchen. I have a small kitchen and wanted a farm table in a smaller size than a standard sized table. Jacob crafted a beautiful table out of oak that would rival any custom made table. He brought me wood samples and stain samples, dropping off several at my house more than once. I changed my mind several times about the kind of table I wanted and the color I wanted. He was most patient with my constant changes. He made me a shop drawing of the table, even though I changed my mind about the style. When I sent him a picture of a table I found on the internet, he was able to recreate it exactly, down to the exact style and color. When he delivered the table, he was extremely careful when carrying it into the house. The installation of the plate rail was done very professionally, cleanly and the color matched my cabinets exactly. I would definitely contract with him in the future for any other custom wood project. It is hard to find a true artisan today in this world of "cookie cutter" furniture. I found him on Angie's list and the best part was that he was local and his prices are reasonable for the level and quality of work that he does."

They were very clear about the refacing procedure and it turned out beautifully. I got 2 other quotes from reputable companies and they charged thousands more for less services- like new drawer boxes that soft close and matching kick plates. "I purchased a big deal in May 2014 for 2 slide out shelves for $164, Scott got in touch with me & made an appointment to measure where the 2 shelves were going. Scott came on time, was very pleasant, took his measurements & told me there would be a wait of 4-6 weeks. I was fine with that, A few weeks later Scott called me to tell me one of the shelves came in with  a slight crack in it & he didn't want to give me the shelf in that condition, he could come & install the 1 good shelf & the other when it came in, I told him I wasn't in that much of a hurry & could wait, so he would only have to make one trip-(I live over 40 miles from Scott). 2 weeks later I get a phone call that the other shelf was in & we scheduled an appointment for install. Scott arrived on time & went right to work. I was so happy with the quality & how they looked, that I made a deal with Scott to purchase 3 more shelves. Again this process went well & not only did I get what I paid for, Scott made the edges around the shelves an inch higher than he was supposed to-(3" instead of 2", this was important because the higher edge held my items in place better) and he also matched the wood to my cabinets. Once again we were very happy with Scott & his work. Well October came & we called Scott & ordered  more shelves, which are in the process of getting made. Scott is a true professional, he explains everything he does, it shows he loves what he does  & his prices are very reasonable considering this is a special order  product. OH and did I mention how great it is to find things in my cabinets???? No more finding items 5 months after the best buy date because they were stuffed inthe back. everything is neat & easy to find. Big thanks to Scott & Shelf Concepts, anything I need that Scott does, he will be my only phone call & anytime I have company, the first thing I do is show off my easy to reach new pull out  shelves. <br />"
