"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

"Three day project to jack up part of house that was sagging due to water shifting/foundation issues. French drains inside crawl space and in backyard to direct water downhill and away from foundation. Vapor barrier installed in crawl space. Very professional, great communication. They stand by their work. Would definitely recommend."

"I had water coming in my basement/garage. Two separate problems, walls leaking and water running from garage doors. CGS Waterproofing recommended a small interior waterproofing plus drains in front of my garage doors. The biggest difference between this company and the other ones we got out to our home, is that they were all recommending bigger systems than what I needed. They recommended just what we needed and it has been working great, no signs of water thanks to CGS Waterproofing!"

"Jaime Flores at king waterproofing was great. I had water getting into my foundation walls causing moisture and a bad smell in my basement and crawl space. He came over for the initial quote and pretty much explained to me that the basement and Caldwell space needed to be waterproofed and the method he recommended was the same all the other companies recommended just with a slightly better price. They came out and did the work when they said they were going to come, finished, explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. I am totally happy with the work."

"If there is anyone in need of gutter work or any kind of drainage work please call Rosales Waterproofing,LLC.Their work was excellelent and their eye for detail was professional. We will definitely be calling them for future work."

"Hugo was prompt and professional in coming out and giving us an estimate and an overview of what he was going to do. We were not sure if our problems were due to a leaky shower or if it was due to a foundation problem. Nevertheless we chose All-Pro Waterproofing to ensure we covered all our bases. It would have been good if we had an overview of what problems were or were not found once the project was completed. The crew who came to the house did an exemplary job of cleaning up and took care not to disturb the plants around the work area."

"I definitely recommend CGS waterproofing to anyone with water problems in their house. I have been having waterproblems in my basement for last two years. Renato came in explain the problem and gave us options. Best price after getting multiple estimates."

"I met with several waterproofing reps but I was impressed with Allens professionalism: he explained what the work entailed, shared a diagram of the area to be covered based on his quote, and even showed me a sample of the poly sheeting to be used. He and his team worked diligently. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that they had to come back and resolve a problem. Stuff happens, but it is how a business recovers that I remember. Vanguard was on point. They did not hesitate to return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that return trip left me with a large amount of additional dust to clean-up. I would definitely use them again and have already told others about them. It has been about a year and I am enjoying my dry basement. I highly recommend Vanguard for their conscientious and dependable work."
