"We had a leaky toilet. I called HomeAdvisor, who then connected me to this company. I generally am not thrilled with that. You never know and it was not the company I had clicked on originally. That company was not available. The woman I spoke with was friendly and professional and set up the appt the next morning. The guy (sorry forgot his name ) arrived on time, was friendly & respectful, informative and professional. He determined the problem and ran out to get the appropriate tools etc. It was fixed quickly. He even cleaned up! "Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

From the beginning of the project of installing a new sewer line and clean out, they guided me through the process and gave me piece of mind that the work would be done to my high expectations. With this job they had to dig up a trench and break into the concrete, but his crew not only performed professional quality work, theyâ re craftsman and do things the correct way. There are also not many plumbing companies that can do complete jobs like they didâ putting the front yard back to normal after the dig and doing concrete work to my carport. While working they kept the area clean and were super friendly and knowledgeable when I asked them several questions. They will be the first to call again if I need any plumbing work done."

While the project took one day longer than originally estimated, the system itself appears to be working well. However, communication was lacking; the team never followed up to check on our satisfaction, nor did they provide the promised instructions on how to maintain our tankless water heater. While the system is largely maintenance-free, it does require a filter change annually and a recharge every 8–10 years. Given current inflation, I am concerned about the potential future cost of that recharge. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated better follow-through and customer service."

"Travis and Jose arrived on time and went right to work on using their electronic equipment to locate where my sewer line ran from the house. They had to get up on the roof and run a cable down through a vent, then track where the cable was in the sewer pipe under ground. A former owner of the house created this problem because they built a brick patio right over the old access pipes so you couldn't get to them if you needed to clean out your sewer line! I don't get some people! Anyway, the men dug down about four feet through tree roots and dirt right on target to where the sewer line ran. I was totally impressed by their hard work and knowledge of my situation. They then installed the new PVC pipes by cutting the old sewer line and making a union with the new parts. They filled it I, watering it down as they went and cleaned up the area without leaving a trace -- except my new clean out access ports just above grade as I had asked. GREAT JOB GUYS! They were totally polite, professional and answered every question we put to them. I've got some piece of mind now and I say that's well worth the price. I will call on RAM again if I have any other plumbing issues. They have my respect and best recommendation.
