"John did a great job of showing me exactly what he was doing.  He was very professional. He also recommended Enviro. Once he was finished we went to check the water pressure. Later that afternoon when I went to shower, I had no hot water and I think this was only because it needed more time to heat the tank being that we drained it all.  Also, the kitchen sink had a very small stream of water.  I notified ID of the issue and said that their plumber would be by later in the day.  He was very professional and solved the issue.  We found that the debris from the drain clogged the aerator completely.  When I was trying to figure out what could have caused this...I read that before a water heater drain it's a good idea to take off the kitchen aerator and allow the pressure to run through the line.  Overall, thank you ID for your service. <br />"
