"I had tile laid in the house and when they removed the stove the tile guys noticed that the stove outlet was on the floor behind the stove. Wires were exposed and the outlet box looked like it had been sparking. I contacted Bill thru Home Advisors and within 5 minutes he called me back and I had an appointment the following day. The appointment was set between 930AM & 1130AM I got the call just before 930AM they were headed my way. Gilbert the technician and his "sidekick" came in looked it over and said they could do the job right then. The HVAC mechanic effectively trouble-shot some complex heating and cooling symptoms. He corrected major control system wiring mistakes that were made by a different HVAC firm that originally and incorrectly installed the system in our new home.
