"I needed to have my shower floor re-tiled, all of the grout color matched and sealed, the existing wall tiles cleaned, my shower caulked and a couple of chip repairs. I did not know who to turn to because the person that installed my shower just a little bit over a year prior did a horrible job and never sealed the grout which caused stains, never caulked my shower and overall was a disaster. I researched on Angie's List and found Arizona Grout Busters. From the moment I called up I knew that they were the company to go with. Nancy was absolutely the most delightful and upbeat person. She was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and schedule Dave to go out to my home for an estimate. Dave came out within a couple of days. He was also just as friendly and kind. He explained what they could do in a very detailed manner and provided two estimates right away because I could have chosen a few options with how to proceed. He did not pressure me into doing the items of the higher estimate and also suggested a couple of things to be done but never once said that it had to be done. I went with the more expensive option of just replacing the entire shower floor as opposed to just color matching and sealing the grout. Within a week they were able to send out one of their installers. Roger the installer was the best I have ever had when it comes to people doing home projects for me. He was professional, courteous, on time, a hard worker and extremely clean. He wore a mask, booties over his shoes and even put down towels to walk on to the shower. When he came back three days later to seal the grout he told me that if I find anything that is not satisfactory he would fix it right away. I did not find one thing wrong with his job. He finished my big project in two days. It turned out remarkable and I could not be more happy with my shower. I went from hating my shower to loving it. The cost that they charge is extremely reasonable. If you are thinking about remodeling your shower or just need minor repairs I would not hesitate in the slightest to hire Arizona Grout Buster."

"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"We requested quotes from 3 different providers on Angie's List.  Kim from the Grout Connection was the only provider who worked around her busy schedule and made arrangements to meet us in person.  The other 2 providers asked us what the square footage of our tile floors were and that they would quote us over the phone; very unprofessional.  Kim offered expert advice and recommendations, so that my wife and I could make an informed decision that best fit our needs.  When we told her that we needed the work done on a certain day, because we had tenants that needed to move in right away, Kim once again reshuffled her schedule to make it happen.  The day the work was to be accomplished, Kim called us to let us know that she was on her way.  She arrived as scheduled, finished the work in a neat and timely manner, and the results of her work were nothing less than OUTSTANDING!  The grout looked brand new in our 7 year old rental.  We were so impressed with her work, that we have hired her to do the grout at our primary residence.  For price, quality, and service the Grout Connection should be your first stop for all your grout needs!!! <br />"

"The two technicians arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently.  They moved furniture as needed and were very careful with all the items to be moved.  There was a problem when they tried to hang the drapes over the curtain-rod.  In trying to stuff the bulk of the drapes between the curtain-rod and the wall, the curtain-rod pulled off the wall.  Fortunately, they were not hurt when the 10 ft. long iron curtain-rod fell down. It would have been best to ask me what to do with the drapes to get them away from the tile floor, as I could have taken the drapes down for them, which is what I finally had to do anyway.  The cleaner they used for the tile did an excellent job of cleaning the grout.  All of the cleaning went very well; they first cleaned overall and then went back over stubborn areas.  All the water was thoroughly removed by suction, which I much appreciated, as it made the drying time relatively short.  Both men were very professional and courteous.  Their work was thorough and they worked with care. I was quite pleased with the result and will definitely use them again. <br />"
