"Had a water heater go back and they determined that it was probably still under Kenmore parts warranty (since only 2 yrs old) so recommended I first call they to see (and it was where I got a free replacement through Kenmore) rather than have them do anything, so I greatly appreciated that. Since they determined that 15mins into the service call, I had them also replace an old external water spigot that was hard to turn on. They did a great job with that, even replacing the bib pipe since it had rusted and had minimal breaking into the wall."

"ACS installed my Lennox A/C system 4 years ago and have maintained it since. The A/C went out Thursday night and I called ACS early Friday morning. I explained to Sandy, the dispatcher, that I was sick and wasn't looking forward to spending time in a hot house. She was very understanding and arranged to have Manny at my house at 8:45am. Manny is a very professional and competent technician. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly (a blown fuse). He also recommended a couple of improvements to my system that would make a future outage less likely. I had him install a surge suppressor on the air handler and a hard start unit on the compressor. I have nothing but good things to say about Manny, Sandy, Patrick, Milo, Dustin, Daniel and all the other people I have dealt with at ACS."

"Very professional. Brandon went out of his way to fully inform me about my choices to replace my old heat pump. I selected a new unit. Brandon scheduled the installation. The new unit was installed yesterday in only a couple hours. Everything is completed and running. Great job. Fast, efficient and done right. I would receive Signature Heating and Cooling and the owner Brandon Johnson. "Five Stars""

"We called for repair or replace on our water heatet. Inspection was made the same day and a new water heater was installed the next morning! Prompt professional service!"

"Very professional. The estimate was good, not low and not high. They assigned a top plumber to the task with a large number of assistance to get my job done. The plumbing installation was a work of art! You can always tell when someone is a true craftsman that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. One important note. There was no pressure sales or up selling. I wanted a particular brand for water heater and they supplied without any issues. Likewise I provided my own water softener and they installed the loop and connections. They are a quality company!"

"On February 16, 2022 Jordan Benjamin was here to give me a quote for replacing my HVAC system. He was professional, friendly, answered my questions and the price was fair. The following week, Marcos and Isaiah came to install a new system. As they were en route, I received a text, including photos of both technicians, so I would know who to expect at my door. They were on time, efficient, friendly, courteous, and professional. My old system was replaced in within five to six hours and they left my home as clean as they found it. Thank you for a great job! I will recommend Done Right Services to my family and friends."

"As an older, single woman trying to take reasonable, informed care of my home, I really appreciated Ocotillo Plumbingowner Leo's honesty and integrity. He was careful to explain to me what was wrong with my hot water heater and even showed me the damaged parts. He also made time in his busy schedule to come fix my hot water heater as soon as the new part was delivered to my house. I will hire them again."
