"My wife and I sat spent a good amount of time and research personally designing exactly how we want our Condo renovation to look. We have quality taste; and knew we needed the right contractor for the job to match all the design plans exactly. We searched around for many companies for knowledge, experience, professionalism; and price. I live in a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Condo (with an awesome view); with very strict HOA; so I had to find the right fit contractor for a detailed job. We are very detailed people; and picky with having things done perfectly in designs; so combining how we are with our plan to do a full (every single room) renovation of my condo on the 16th floor; we knew it would be quite the extensive project. When Dorel gave us a walk-through back in December 2022; he was extremely confident; calm; and knowledgable. IND reviews and pics online that showed their work were excellent. Quote came back close to budget; so the combination of all these things; helped us choose IND to do the work. With many restrictions in our HOA; IND provided a seamless process; and adhered to all the rules / regulations. The work that their contractors did (Javier & a few others); was high quality / professional work. Over the 4 months the project took to complete; we were provided clear expectations of the process and each step of the way. We personally made multiple additions / changes to the original plan; and IND easily added things and worked everything into the plan smoothly. We now have our condo looking not only like a dream come true; but literally the most beautiful Condo in the entire building. We already started referring other condo owners to IND and Dorel. "The KN Remodeling team did an excellent job at our home completely remodeling 3 bathrooms, painting our entire home and rebuilding a huge planter outside. We trusted them in our home while we are out of town almost the entire time. We hired them back to do additional work in our home that they did quickly and expertly. The team was professional, very friendly, worked quickly, quietly, cleanly, and I would highly recommend them."

"Our initial meeting with Suj was great. Initially, we had in mind a much larger job. He had quoted us $3000 for the closet demolition / wall rebuild (non-load bearing), packaged with several other items. Together with the fee for drawings ($4000) and permits, this was a bit higher than we anticipated. However, we decided to go with Suj due to his responsiveness and professionalism. Out of our other quotes, Suj’s pricing was middle of the pack - not the cheapest or most expensive. When the drawings were complete and evaluated, he gave us an updated cost of $6000 over text message. The scope of work had changed, and this was no longer part of a bigger project - understandable. The issue was when he gave us the official estimate a week later and up’d the price once again to $9000. When asked what happened, his exact words were “well, I need to get paid too”. He had weeks to consider before quoting the $6000 and nothing had changed since then. The extra $3000 may be insignificant compared to most renovation costs, but for us in our first home, this was back breaking. We continued with Suj since we were already locked in and well past the 3 day cancellation period. Their work for the most part was exceptional. The new wall blended perfectly into our existing structure, and the ceiling patch was also well done. The problem here was the floor. They had dug up a 1” deep pit in the floor, likely to remove the wall studs. However, they did not patch the floor or even let us know this was going to be an issue. We were never told about the pit until I decided to check in on their progress one day towards the end of the wall build. This required us to pay a handyman to come in next day on a weekend to patch the concrete since we had cabinets being installed the following Tuesday. Suj was aware of this and did not believe it pertinent information. Overall, Suj and SoCal Builders do quality work, but the issues in pricing consistency lost us before the work even started. Not even telling us that we’d be left with a 1” deep pit in our floor after was another huge issue which should’ve been brought up much earlier. This was our first experience with a contractor and I’m not sure if this is typical or not. However, it’s enough to make me doubt I’d contact them for any future work."

"We needed to do a kitchen remodel for a while now so we did a massive research online and by asking friends and family in our area. After meeting with all of them and explaining to them what are we looking for, what we want to do and mainly what is our budget. We received estimates from all the contractors that we met and we selected Trig Builders because Yossi was the most competitively priced and the referrals that we got on him and his company were very positive. Yossi and the workers were very easy people to work and to deal with and Yossi designed the kitchen exactly the way we wanted it with some nice additions of things that we didn’t think we will get. His suggestions about the new kitchen layout, where and what materials to buy were very helpful. Also, his advises and recommendation on where to buy the cabinets, lightings, plumbing and appliances saved us a lot of money. The end result of the new kitchen was perfect and one of the things that added a huge plus before we hired them was the warranty that included in the price of the work that they did."

"Fantastic. Not only is the end result superb but the process was as smooth and efficient as it could possibly have been. Gino consults you on everything, even after you’ve made the initial choice of cabinets, tile, countertop, scope of work, etc. He talks to you every day to update you. He has people working continuously, all organized so that no time is wasted. Once he started there was not a (week)day when his people weren’t working on my job, usually all day long. He has the work and teams organized and timed so that each one comes to your project as few days as possible, which reduces the cost. Gino is a stickler for detail, and getting everything exactly right, aesthetically and functionally, and the people he hires are very highly skilled with the same attitude. They’re also very clean. They sealed off the kitchen during the demolition so that the dust wouldn’t get to the rest of my open-plan condo. In construction they minimized particulate matter by doing all of the heavy cutting off-site. And they vacuumed the space every day before leaving! I’ve had contractors in several different cities and states and none came even close to this level of work, but it’s how remodeling should be! The price of my project was reasonable given the very high quality of the work, and the scope of work. Gino is very straight with you. The only costs that exceeded the estimate were due to my decisions to upgrade materials, or add a job to the project, and discovery of conditions in the existing structure that had to be upgraded (e.g., electrical). I’ve never been able to recommended a contractor before -- all the ones I’ve had have been so bad -- but I recommend Imperial Remodeling with two thumbs up."

We've been thrilled with the final product and the experience of signing with Ouri from day one was a pleasure. This was our first large project and we would undoubtedly hire Ouri again. Project We instinctively knew Ouri was the best fit for us after the on-site consultation. Not only are his reviews overwhelmingly positive, but he's knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and honest, with competitive pricing to boot. He's also a very responsive communicator. We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."
