Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. "He was actually excellent. He didn't try to come out here and sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. This guy came out and within 45 minutes, it was a done deal. It was extraordinarily reasonable. They showed up on time. If I have any other problems or anything, I'll definitely use them again. They were excellent. He charged more because he had to get onto the roof of my house and they had to go a sewer vent pipe on the roof 'cause I didn't have an access at ground level or theough the bathroom. His machine had a snake that went 150 feet out and he went all the way out at about 120 feet or so to get to the main problem that I was dealing with. He's very informative. He was very good at what he did in getting it done so I would definitely use him again if I ever have a problem. They were excellent throughout. They had a very quick response and took care of the business. They didn't leave any messes, didn't try to oversell me in anything I didn't need or anything like that. It was a pretty basic service but it was at a high level."

"Randy is a true professional and knows his craft inside and out.  Our new driveway is just beautiful and based on all the work done to prepare the driveway (depth of dirt and gravel, compression, rebar placement) I know we got a top-notch product.     We are beyond happy with the experience of working with Randy.  It was a three-day project but he came out a day early to do some prep work to ensure the next step (digging up the old asphalt driveway) would go smoothly.  He was the first to arrive and the last to leave each day.  His work ethic cannot be faulted and was very respectful of us and our property.   Randy kept us informed every step of the way and if there were any changes or delays he communicated them to us.   His estimate was MUCH less than the two other estimates we got and he was much more professional than the other two project managers. "They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything.
