"If you live in the Tulsa area I want to highly recommend Atomic Garage Door Service. These guys are great! We thought we needed a new opener. But when the tech came out it turned out we didnâ t need a new opener at all!! They are super flexible. They would install a new opener I bought and haul off the old one, or install a beefier opener they supplied. They were happy to work with me either way! I bought an opener at Home Depot we and we scheduled a service call. Jordan, the tech who came, was just super honest. It turned out one wire from my safety reverse beam had come loose. He correctly diagnosed this when I simply told him what was happening. He fixed that with a wire nut and didnâ t even charge me for it. I asked him how I could make our door quieter. He installed a new set of rollers and also tightened up some stuff the last guys had left too loose when we had springs replaced. Jordan was very informative and showed me everything he was doing. And he was very thorough! He lubricated everything and tightened up several nuts/bolts. Kathy, who schedules the visits and helps with pricing over the phone, was also super helpful with every contact. There is NO WAY I will call anyone else as long as these guys are in business and treating their customers this way. I wish I could find an AC outfit like this!! "Well Thursday afternoon my wife calls me at work and tells me something is wrong with our garage door.  And since her car was stuck in the garage, I told her to call someone to see if the can come out and fix it.  First she called Assurance, and was told that they could come out in the morning. Then she called another company that was about $20 cheaper.  My wife tried to make an appointment, she was told that they would just call her when they were in the area.  Really?? So we were suppose to hang around all day for a call.  So we went with Assurance Overhead Doors.  Next Morning got a call from Assurance, and Mark said that he could get me in earlier than our appointed time.  When Mark showed up he gave me a run down of what was needed and went straight to work. I didn't keep track of time, but it was least 35-40 minutes and he was done.  Installed the springs.  I went with 2 instead of the 1.  Lubed all the rollers and joints.  Made adjustment to the garage door as it closes.  Also made sure everything was in good working order.  I can't say enough about how Mark went straight to work and had no problems answering any of questions that I had.  If I have any garage door issues or have to recommend a company, Assurance Overhead Doors with be the go to garage door company for me. <br />"
