"Long's Floors installed carpet and vinyl approximately 7 years ago. When we had major water damage, the first person I called was Jayson at Long's Floors. We were extremely happy the first time around and just as happy the second time with Long's Floors. Jayson is very professional, knows the products, and is helpful making suggestions. The installers are top of the line professionals. The carpet looks beautiful after a perfect install in three bedrooms, hall, and steps. The steps are complicated; the installers had no problem and the job was perfection. The closets turned out just as nice. The vinyl looks great and, again, a perfect professional install. From the minute they picked up the phone, 24/7 Flood & Fire was communicative, responsive, and professional. All looked perfect and was very pleased with the results. Dennis has done several jobs for us as well for our apartments installing laminate and carpet.
