I hired Harmon & Harmon for some upgrades/repairs in a home I recently bought, including a major renovation of my attic (dark, unfinished space, bare studs) to be a fully finished room. Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. Best thing about Dennis... 100% follow-through, 100% satisfaction. If I had an issue, he fixed it, period. Outstanding professionalism from start to finish. A+, 10/10!"

"Don't work with Luxury Bath of Seattle!! Contacted Luxury Bath about remodeling two bathrooms at my property. Carlos Bezerra, Director of Operations, came to provide the bid. He diverted the work to his own company, Handy Buddy LLC, after indicating it was part of Luxury Bath. Corresponded with me via the entire project using his Luxury Bath e-mail. The project required significant rework and I had to finish a portion because he wouldn't fix some final items. 2 years later the work performed failed and I am now in the process of having it redone by a different contractor. Attempted to speak with Luxury Bath of Seattle owner, Raz Gunderman, numerous times. However, he has avoided all my attempts at communication. I have now had to obtain a lawyer to pursue a refund. Extremely dissatisfied."

"I wanted a sturdy shed built on my poured concrete slab. I knew how large I wanted it, but after that, I needed help. Nate worked with me to design, build and finish my 12x16 shed from start to finish. The process was efficient, and the shed is beautiful. Honestly, what I call a shed, would probably classify as a garage, had we installed a garage door, but that was not what I needed at the time. While working with Nate, I quickly recognized he could be trusted to find a solution to any problem. Next he helped me plan and built a matching railing for my home’s staircase, after I had previously removed an old rotting one. Again, this process was quick easy and friendly. They continuously kept us informed of what they were doing, and if something needed adjusting after it was done, they were very quick to make any requested changes. The job included removing a window, and re-sizing two others; replacing siding on the exterior and matching our existing paint; re-sizing the living room archway; replacing kitchen and bath flooring with tile; removing a bathtub, re-arranging the bathroom and adding a large shower; moving a tankless water heater from outside to inside; re-routing gas and water for the washer and dryer; installing new appliances; installing cabinets and quartz countertops.
