"I recommend Dennis (Harmon & Harmon) in the strongest terms for a renovation, upgrade, or any other construction in your home. I hired Harmon & Harmon for some upgrades/repairs in a home I recently bought, including a major renovation of my attic (dark, unfinished space, bare studs) to be a fully finished room. Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. Best thing about Dennis... 100% follow-through, 100% satisfaction. If I had an issue, he fixed it, period. Outstanding professionalism from start to finish. A+, 10/10!"

"All the guys that came to our home were very nice and respectful. They did a great job and we are totally thrilled with our new bathroom. The lead man Jesse, kept us informed through the entire process and guided us through making choices for flooring, tile and paint as I had no prior experience in doing this. He was very patient with me!! Thank you Jesse!!"

"Amazing service and great communications! If you are looking for an honest contractor who really cares for your property (and your money), then I highly recommend Promise Land. They renovated several properties for me in Centralia in the last 6 months, including a single family, a 100 year old apartment complex, and several storage units. Beth did a great job communicating the details of each project and in each case provided recommendations to save money or add more value to the property. She provided a high quality job with at reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Overall I was very happy with how the projects went and I look forward to work with Beth in the future."

"Lakeview will be the only contractor I will ever hire. Family owned business who treats you like family and goes way above and beyond. They have done numerous jobs for us from small repairs to large including painting, fixing siding, repairing house trim, bathrooms, you name it! You won’t be disappointed with the quality and expertise they provide."

"Andy went above and beyond to complete my kitchen and bathroom remodel. Even when we discovered mold in the subfloor from a leak he quickly got the plumbers out to fix the leak and coordinate with my homeowners insurance to start a claim. I would highly recommend hiring him."

"We were thrilled with NW Topnotch Painting & More's work on our recent house painting project. The quality of the finished product is outstanding – the paint job is flawless and looks even better than we imagined. They used top-notch materials and meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process. But the exceptional service went beyond just the final product. NW Topnotch Painting & More offered excellent value, their pricing was fair and transparent. They were incredibly professional throughout the project, always courteous and respectful of our home. Communication was fantastic – they were responsive to any questions we had and kept us informed every step of the way. Additionally, they were punctual and always arrived on time, which made the entire process stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend NW Topnotch Painting & More to anyone looking for a top-notch house painting experience."

"Max and the Fine Craft team did an amazing job completing our deck and patio cover. Another contractor started the project but never finished it, and from the first time we met Max, we felt confident he was the right person to take over. The whole process was smooth, the team was professional, and we’re very happy with the final result. Highly recommend!"

"Great work, which a retired major contractor (who built skyscrapers) verified the they knew what they were doing . Am using them again to redo kitchen"

"Opportunity Construction and their sub-contractors performed a wide range of services during the remodel of our 1940 Craftsman Cottage here in West Olympia. Yard fence replacement (now beautiful stained cedar); demo, removal, and replacement of carport concrete pad, with conversion to covered patio; windows and exterior door replacements; exterior structural repairs; new Hardie Plank lap siding; demo of former garage pad, followed by construction of a new two-car garage and concrete driveway; and, complete repaint of both structures - superb outcome! Great staff and company owner, Dean a great and fair guy to work with!"

"Bedrock Construction created a high end resort/spa style bathroom in our home. Ben and Jake worked diligently six and seven days a week to get the job completed. They would work flexible hours and days to accommodate our needs. The best contractor experience we have ever experienced."
