We weren't ready at that very moment so he sent updated quotes weekly to keep us posted on the fluctuations in price. Finally we were ready and Luke fit us right in and moved us up when there was a cancellation. "I don't think they come out, they just gave a ball park figure over the phone. If I recall, there was a little bit of a mix up. They did not indicate that they were going to charge to come out and do a quote. They did not charge for the quote, because I called them back and told them no I don't want to do that. They were very responsive. I found out they were going to charge me for the consultation later on through a phone call or email. It was a miscommunication. I was not aware that there was a charge for a quote, that is when I called them back."

"Mr. Hardy is a very hard worker, and is also a very nice man. I am in the military, so when he was repairing the fence my grandmother and mother were both home. He was always very courteous and told them the status of the repair job. He even helped with heavy mail that was delivered to the house. He has also told me to call if the animals continue to get out of the holes he has repaired."
