"When Jacob came out I explained to him that the issues we have are because of an old fuse box that has been here since the 50s when the house was built. The appliances in the kitchen can’t handle that old fuse box so we wanted it changed. He insisted that we needed a whole house wire and that it would cost $22,000. We don’t have that kind of money to spend and we don’t have issues everywhere just when we use the kitchen. Later after he came I messaged him asking for a written quote so we can try and see if there’s a veteran organization out there who can help pay for this since this is what he’s saying needs done. No answer what so ever! So unprofessional. Then it gets better... we go more quotes from other companies and they all said “he must have not wanted the job. It shouldn’t cost that much for a re-wire” they provided quotes that were much more responsible and one company even offered to do process of elimination to see if spending $700 will fix the problem and if not go from there. But they quotes $2500 max of a re-wire is what needs to be done. Obviously we went with them."

These two girls were probably the best technicians I have ever had the lucky break to hire in my 70 years. This area is notorious for being very slack in the quality of any of the people they send out. These girls were over and above everything I could have possibly hoped for— and I am a man that sets the bar high! If you’re looking for any project at all around your home, at least give them a chance to talk to you. You simply can’t do better. Their professionalism, their warmth and friendliness and above all, their expertise is everything you could hope for when you retain someone to work on your home. God used them to teach me a lesson about judging a book by its cover, lol. Again, I don’t mean to “gush” but you do not know how refreshing it is to get people who show up on time, who “know their stuff” and are warm and friendly to boot.
