"Had ceramic tile installed. Installers tracked grout into newly installed wood floors, used my personal broom and bucket, still have not completed to last bit of installation after two weeks, baseboard has several areas installed incorrectly - huge gaps. Called empire about situation. They advised a install supervisor would call. After a week, still no call. Hardwood floor installers were great...no issues."

"Installation was great! Would highly recommend! Brock Flooring was great and easy to deal with. Professional and highly knowledgeable! 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anyone!"

"Beautiful job. Thanks for fixing my kitchen floors Highly recommended this contractor to any one any project they the best! In northeast Arkansas!"

"Our family has used Alex for carpet, backsplash in the kitchen and hardwood floor throughout our house. Him and his team were very considerate when it came to prepping the areas they’d be working in. Everything looks great and they worked very hard and got the jobs done in timely manners. They did a good job protecting our kitchen counters and floors from the tile backsplash demo. They also did a really good job cleaning up everything when they were done. Reasonably priced for great work."

"

In retrospect, I think we were overcharged. Especially since they cut too big a hole for the shower head and I ended up going out and getting a larger one to cover their mistake. They also cut the toilet opening too large so there is an opening on the floor by the toilet. When I called to tell them about it, they said they would come back to re-do it. But since I thought I would have them come back for something else I said to wait. I was, at that time, sick of having the place torn up. So that is my fault.

The work they did do was very good, with the above exceptions. But every time I get in the shower I see the cut in the tile at the shower head. My feeling is they should not have to be told about it and to come back; it should have been done right in the first place.

Also-----the above date is very approximate.

" He provided an on site estimate the same day I called.  His crew arrived on time on the scheduled day and the job was completed in three days as agreed.  My yard and the neighbors yard were cleaned up after the forms were stripped.  There were no cost overruns. I plan to use him again to construct a patio this spring."

"It went wonderfully! Corwin eased my indecisive mind by designing the space for me and narrowing the options down to the best flooring and tile for our budget. We are enjoying our beautifully designed shower with even more space thanks to him and his team. You will never go wrong when you choose Win Cor Home Remodeling."

"I contacted Morales Drywall in October of 2023. He came and quoted/gave an estimate. I also inquired about painting and flooring in which he advised he had workers for those services. I hired Morales Drywall (Gerardo Morales) and was provided 3 invoices for all services to be done. I ordered material and was on contact with Morales from the start of my project. When the materials were delivered I contacted Morales and he came over to move the material into my addition and started work immediately. There was a hiccup in the process that took time to get done before Morales could start back after being told he had to stop the installation of insulation and sheetrock. We were in communication with each other throughout the whole process by either text or phone call. Morales called me on January 27th to confirm if I still needed the work done and just checking up on the status of the process. I advised him I would be ready that week as I heard from the company that they would be providing me the letter to be able to proceed with the project. I reached out to him on January 29th with these details. Morales responded back on January 30th and said to let him know when I'm ready and thanks. I responded back on February 2nd through text message that I received the letter for the project to proceed, I didn't get a response so I called him later that day and phone was going straight to voicemail. I called again on February 3rd and the phone was still going to voicemail. I emailed the email address listed on Angi. I found him on Next door and reached out as well, no response. I called for 6 different phone numbers and the phone still goes to voicemail."

"I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."

"Went smoothly. Installation was quick. I shopped around and other places were pushy for more panels than I needed. Natural light solar was very informative and explained all the rebates and benefits from switching to solar. Highly recommend."
