"We called Victor to set up an appointment for an estimate, and he was courteous and responsive. There was a slight schedule conflict for the first planned meeting, but Victor worked with us to reschedule quickly. We had already removed wallpaper from our bathrooms and kitchen, but there was still glue residue on the walls and some minor damage to the drywall, as well as various repairs needed throughout. He made detailed notes as we walked through the house and provided a descriptive estimate within a couple of days.  
Victor helped us chose an appropriate color that we used for most of the walls, and a corresponding accent color for one wall and a different shade for the trim. He also advised us on various paint types and finishes.  
Once the work started, Victor's team arrived each day when scheduled. They did all the necessary prep work (mudding, sanding, and priming) necessary due to the removed wallpaper, and painted the entire interior, section by section, cleaning up each section as they went. The wall and ceiling repairs we requested were done so that, once complete, the repaired areas were indistinguishable from the surrounding areas.  
 When the work was complete Victor did a walk through with us, and we pointed out a couple of minor items that needed touch up, and he made sure they were taken care of before leaving.  
We found Victor and his team to be very pleasant, friendly, helpful, and professional. We will definitely contact him again when it is time for our next project."

"Well, they were late.  Didn't bring a ladder,  but I have an extra that another contractor left here, so I had one they could use.  Cleaned the gutters, which required removing the  gutter covers/ leaf preventers (hah!) and then re-installing them.

Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later we had some pretty strong winds and 3 of the gutter covers blew off.  I hadn't gotten around to re-installing them when they came to install the Christmas lights, so they put them back on for me.

Also, they didn't turn the water off when they were through.  A couple weeks later the POA came by to tell me I had a water leak; well , no, the fools had left the water running.  My water bill was triple that month.  Sheesh.

So, yeah, I wouldn't have made the same mistakes if I'd done it myself, but I really don't want to be on the roof where it's a two-story drop and there's no one here to watch.  So I'll probably use these folks again, but I also know to check EVERYTHING before they leave."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Mr. Pyburn showed up prompt and was very reasonably priced. Had interior work that needed to be done on my home as well as built a chicken coop that is standing solid and strong. His work passed code and was very knowledgeable on what he needed to do to make the project meet code."

"Mr. Brook went out of his way to make sure that the insurance company paid for all the damage instead of trying to get out of their obligations. Once that was done, he had at least 15 people at the house to get the job done, 2 of those 15 were designated to do clean up work only during the entire time. If I did not see it, I would have never believed it, but he had the entire roof taken off, put back on, and finished in 3 days. He even had someone come out and go over my yard with a magnet to make sure that there were no stray nails left. After that, he hired someone to come rake and clean my yard. I know that if I ever need any work on my house, that It will be Pegsus that I call. It is good to know that there are people still out there that will do what they say in a timely manner. I could not be happier."
