Several of the tested areas came back positive for toxic mold, so my wife and I decided to have Lee and his crew take care of things for us. They did it in a timely manner and very efficiently. He communicated with us throughout the process, sending us pictures of the molded areas they remediated. (We were staying in a hotel while they did the remediation because I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't get around while things were torn up.) When they were done and we returned home, the house was extremely clean and ready for the subs to come and renovate the place. The remediation process itself was well shy of a week! I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience.
