"McGee construction recently insulated, dry walled, and added electrical outlets my garage. They were quick and efficient in completing the project. It was a pleasure working with Cade who coordinated everything and was very hands on making sure everything was to our liking. Cade was very hands on making sure things were kept at a certain standard. We got quotes from 5 other companies and McGee Construction was the company we ultimately decided to go with because they are very fairly priced and overall just had good vibes when talking with them. We definitely do not regret our choice and would recommend them for anyone looking to start a new project for their home."

"We did a 3 room kitchen and bath remodel in just under 3 months, and we are over the moon with how well everything came out! Micky and his team are simply superb — every team he brought in did top notch work, including tiles, flooring, plumbing, electrical, countertop, cabinets, glass, stucco, windows, drywall, and more. Micky coordinated everything to perfection, ensuring the project was progressing day to day, sometimes hour by hour. The only “negative” was that we had to work hard to keep up with their impressive pace (in terms of making decisions and ordering needed supplies) and it was well worth it! We are now starting an ADU conversion and we can’t wait for the results."

"We had a great experience working with Wade Petrowich and Malbec Builders on the remodel of our midcentury modern Jack Meiselman house in Palm Springs. Wade handled the major scope of work, including installing new terrazzo tile floors, updating two bathrooms, and completely redoing our kitchen with beautiful custom cabinetry. He also tackled important infrastructure upgrades, replacing all of the old galvanized steel plumbing and upgrading the electrical panel. Throughout the project, Wade was an outstanding communicator. Even though we live out of state, he stayed in touch several times a day and was completely comfortable managing the project remotely. When unexpected challenges came up—as they always do in a remodel—he consistently offered creative, practical, and realistic solutions. "Working with Olalde was a great experience. They’ve been very communicative, hardworking and punctual. They did an entire home remodel for us. We’re awaiting permits to build an ADU and a porch on the front house, and will be utilizing them for those builds as well. The Project Manager makes conversations very comfortable. "Horrible company to deal with. They came out to help to bring the elevator to the first floor. It was stuck due to a power outage on the block. They came out at 3pm Thursday and overcharged us overtime and travel time. As you can see from their publish hours 3 pm is within their working hours. They didn't tell us the overtime rate nor tell us that we would be charged over time.The service took under 45 minutes. Smartrise billed us for two hours at 454.00 an hour, total 908.00. When I spoke to Art at the company trying to discuss the proper amount for this service, he used profanity and name calling. Art hung up on me rather than communicate."
