They checked the cold air return and told me the duct work needed to be vacuumed and quoted me a ridiculously high price and then immediately cut it by a third, which I felt was still too much. Was also quoted a price of $200.00 to replace the chimney cap. Replacement was not required as it had been replaced only a year previously.
