I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."

"HONEST, DEPENDABLE, CREATIVE, EFFICIENT, AND REASONABLE PRICES. This is obviously a family-owned business that takes pride in iits craft and reputation. I have used this company for several different projects over the last 2 yrars, ranging from $1500-$10,000. Maybe not the cheapest, but they had to replace and repair what lower cost contractors had done to my house. BEAUTIFUL DESIGN. Used the available space without overly narrowing hallway. Javier even went over which sorts of items, files, boxes, etc. That I wanted to store, and made sure to proportion spaces accordingly. Incredibly durable painted / colored surfaces, even with my kids banging step stools into them. HUNDREDS of colors to choose from. Patient, careful design and installation, and any small issues (which were mostly due to the poor original construction of the old kitchen cabinets that they had to work around or repair) were corrected quickly. Javier make his gorgeous design form match the function that you need, and doesn't try to upsell just to make money. I have SO MANY new projects I want him to do, including my mom's new tiny house. "Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

AMSCO builders was very efficient in the construction of my garage, even during the rainy month of May here in Central Florida. "Very, very well. Initially MDZ Ultimate Builders framed our six skylights; what a great job-they do magic! They took great care framing these skylights and the plastic curtains hung from the ceiling of their work area kept the generated dust and debris to a minimum. The quality of their work and Tony’s willingness to offer me advice, as I was working on projects in my house, caused me to hire MDZ Ultimate Builders to do more renovation work: cutting concrete to run electrical wiring, running water lines, removing walls and installing some heavy appliances.
