He was very knowledgeable and gave pros and cons of different options. The quote was priced very fairly. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly. On the day off, the Real Seal technician called me the morning to let me know what time they would be here. The job was done very professionally and they answered all my questions. They cleaned up after the install. Highly recommended."

"Hire this company to do your mold remediation. Do not think about it, just do it. This was a first time experience dealing with mold for me and my family & Dave, Jordan, and Danny did an exceptional job helping to make a difficult situation as simple and easy for us as they could. They supplied a mold fogging and did an ozone bomb for us and everything looks and smells great in the house now. Everyone involved went above and beyond. We also contracted them to take out and build a new wall for us that was badly affected by the mold and they did top quality work on that in a more than reasonable time span. "I own a multiunit building and in the last year I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had contractors not show up, give a quote and not return, overcharge, not complete the work, complete the work poorly, make excuses, waste time, or refuse to do business on the south side.....it’s been very stressful. They understood what I wanted and kept asking what else to be sure nothing was missed. They left to get materials. I left to get doorbells. When I came back they were almost done with a door on one floor. Then they moved to the next floor. It was then that I realized I had been holding my breath. This was working out! The work looked good. They were going the extra mile. They were professional. They were working hard and focused. They asked if I was happy with each item they completed before moving on. Even my picky tenant was happy with the work. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with these guys and their performance. This is the first time I’ve felt like I could rest because my tenant’s checklists were completed. Some have been waiting since August. The work is great. Their attitudes are great. I told Daniel that I’ve never been so happy to pay for something. I cannot wait to recommend them and they will be the first people I call in the future. Thank you guys so much."
