"BA Distributing LLC was amazing! The service tech was prompt, professional and very skilled at his trade. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator. He had to go across town to retrieve the part needed and fixed our refrigerator quickly. The customer service BA Distributing provides is amazing. They are now our appliance repair company."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Our dryer was running but not heating up. We found Alstate on Angie's List and called them Monday morning. We called before they were open, so their answering service took a message. They called us back the same morning and scheduled a service call for Tuesday evening between 5:00 and 7:00. They gave us a $25.00 discount for being Angie's List members. They showed up and diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning control board. They do not carry the part, so they had to order it. They worked with us to allow us time to decide if we wanted to repair the dryer or replace it. They told us to give them a call if we wanted them to order the part. They were very professional, and did not pressure us to make a decision. We decided to go ahead with the repair, so we called them the following morning. They ordered the part, which arrived by Friday. They returned Friday morning and completed the repair. They were up-front about how much everything would cost, and they charged exactly what they said they would. We will definitely use them again if we need another appliance repair.

"When I contacted them about a broken dryer they told me there were many refrigerator calls in front of me. They explained this to me and said it may be a few days before they could handle my call but would keep me informed. They also explained that the cost to come and look at the dryer was $49 but if I had the dryer repaired by them that cost would be deducted from the repair cost, They calledl several times with up dates and was able to come on the 3 day. The tech came in and was professional, asked some questions and went to work and found the problem. Explained the cost and said he had the parts on his truck. When he was done he tested the dryer to make sure it worked gave me some tips on maintenance I can do to keep the dryer running. I thought the cost of parts and service was a little on the high side for the amount of time they spent on the service. However, you get what you pay for. The work was done correctly and quickly. I think if they had not had so many refrigerator calls they would have been able to get to my call faster. It was nice to have a company keep you informed on when they will get to your service and not have you just waiting."

"Though the company doesn't usually send men out to just do a dryer vent clean, they were kind enough to make an exception for us because we were former customers (see our report from 11/2010) and because a pair of durned starlings had stopped up the dryer vent  and we had a definite fire hazard in the works. I'd tried to clear it myself, but the industrious feathered duo had managed to pack grass and other debris over 7 feet in the vent tube and it wouldn't budge. They were able to squeeze in through a 1" vent outlet louvre opening to do their dirty work and had effectively stopped us from doing laundry because nothing would dry! The guys came out a day later and did a great job, not just clearing the obstruction but making sure the whole vent tube all the way to the dryer was cleaned out as well. "

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."
