We moved ahead with signing a proposal that comprised manual garage doors (not automatic.) Over & over again, I told the sales that we wanted a receipt of our down payment and he agreed to this. Got it done by another company for half of that, $210. Called them to complain, their excuse was they are a bigger company and their prices are higher. The customer should not have to pay for their company being bigger. Very, very, disappointed in their approach and professionalism."
