He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Since it was a deal, I was worried they would install a low quality toilet to improve their profit. Instead, they installed Toto toilets which are known as one of the highest quality toilets on the market. Price was good too as most places I called wanted $300 just to install a toilet. Deal price was $450 including the toilet, installation, and haul away of the old toilet."
