They worked with the other vendors and my insurance directly to make sure that no time was wasted between services from different companies, the work was quick and thorough (proof received through testing), and every consideration was given to my family with two toddlers and small home during a pandemic - they did their very best to work around us and our day to day needs. "Went really well. The installer showed up and only had one of the two toilets. He called Mike who then immediately drove another toilet to our location to be installed. Since it was a deal, I was worried they would install a low quality toilet to improve their profit. Instead, they installed Toto toilets which are known as one of the highest quality toilets on the market. Price was good too as most places I called wanted $300 just to install a toilet. Deal price was $450 including the toilet, installation, and haul away of the old toilet."
