"I would recommend them. On this remodel I lived about 140 miles away from where he was doing the work so I basically just gave him my key and told him to do what we agreed he needed to do.  He had one of his employees meet me. When I had to come up there and do stuff he was very thorough and made sure I liked it. He guided me on what I should and should not do If the main contact person were closer, like within 30 miles of my house, he would be remodeling my house now. He has very good taste and ethics. When they were repairing the fascia board and soffits they were very conscientious. There was a family of squirrels living in the roof and they would not do any more work until they got every squirrel out of there. They also washed my daddy's 80-year-old truck and pumped up the tire after the city came by and gave him a ticket because if was dirty and had a flat tire. He is blunt and will not lie."

First, Ms. Beverly came in and assessed our needs on a Saturday! That was accommodating because both my husband and I work.  We chose a very early morning appointment, and Ms. Beverly was there on time.  Because we have 4 English Mastiff dogs, we wanted ceramic tiles so that they would not scratch the new flooring, but we  initially also thought about vinyl flooring which would have been much cheaper.  Ms. Beverly took time out of her schedule and visited a doggy day care to see what type of floors they had, and to speak with the staff to find out their opinion about the vinyl flooring they had on their floors.  The vinyl flooring was recommended by the doggie day care staff and Ms. Beverly was happy to give us what we wanted.  In the end, my husband and I decided on having ceramic tiles installed. The work was scheduled around my husband's 2nd shift work schedule, and without any inconvenience to his schedule or mine, several layers of floor boards were laid, and the ceramic tiles that we chose were installed.  The floors are simply beautiful and changed the entire feel of my kitchen and laundry room. Ms. Beverly was always available, even stopping by to see how the contractors were doing.  My husband was very comfortable dealing with Ms. Beverly as well as the contractors and when I got home from work, the kitchen was transformed. I am so satisfied with the outcome of the work, but even more than that is my satisfaction with having such a pleasant experience from the moment Ms. Beverly stepped onto my property and began listening to what our needs were. It was professionalism from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. "The carpet installation itself was great. The installers were punctual, polite, and professional. Getting to the point of having the carpet installed was another thing. I had to call them several times to get everything arranged; they were not prompt at returning calls. When I was able to communicate directly with them, they were very polite and friendly but it seemed they were understaffed. There was some upselling pressure to get a better quality carpet but I declined.
