"Excellent. Ralph and Peter arrived on time both days, looked at what was requested and detailed their suggestions due to age and deterioration of pipes and fixtures. The new fixtures are much higher quality and corroded pipes were replaced, everything was wiped clean, vacuumed and received instructions on usage to ensure no issues. Rates quoted were very competitive especially given that they upgraded the fixtures and installed new pipes. I have already scheduled Ralph and Peter for my bathroom renovation in the fall and will use for all future plumbing needs."

"I can't begin to describe how wonderful everyone in the company is. I hired them to fix a sump pump pit and add a pipe from the sump pump to an existing drain. After they finished the job and were testing the new setup, we found water was coming in my apartment. They stayed an extra 3 hours troubleshooting where the water was coming from, including breaking through walls when needed. It ended up being an outdoor faucet pipe that had cracked in the wall and was ruing things. They were there for a total of 7 1/2 hours and never complained. I offered for them to come back another day to fix the new issue, but they kept saying that they didn't want to leave me with issues. Iâ ve had plumbers in the past not want to take the time to break through a wall and find the issues, who didnâ t test things thoroughly and leave while there were still issues. These guys were a breath of fresh air."

"The plumber, Bill was prompt and professional. He was available to do all of the work on the same day as the walk through and estimate. A written estimate was prepared within fifteen minutes of the preliminary inspection. The repairs and replacements took almost all day but it was because it was three different projects throughout the house and he had to get parts. Bill explained exactly what needed to be done for each fixture/ pipe and any options available. The final price was slightly higher than the estimate only because of an unforeseen issue with the fixture manufacturer and it was explained as soon as the problem became apparent to the plumber. Bill was also friendly and wore the appropriate face protection at all times due to the current heath crisis."

"Dr. Drip Plumbing team did an amazing job at my mom's house in nanuet where they were able to find a leak in the basement, which was a challenging overall job. They had to jackhammer the flooring in order to find a massive crack in a very old pipe and they were able to replace it while also fixing a leaking toilet. "6/8/26 review update I had them change out a frost-free outdoor faucet that had failed. They charged $1000. I had a second outside faucet. They gave me an estimate of $1600. I had another company do the same job for $500. Be very careful about hiring 1-800 Plumber. My advice is to shop around. Their pricing was way above the market price. Unless you are really wealthy and $1000 does not mean anything, I would avoid this crew. They did an excellent job but they are a pack of theives. They charged over a thousand dollars just to replace a single outside water faucet."
