"Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on."

"They lost their tool inside our house so they had to come back and left quite a mess in my backyard trying to get it out. They left a big hole in the ground that we are trying to fill with dirt. They were very nice but we felt that their equipment should not have fallen apart inside our house. They did not charge us anything for trying to fix the problem; they just charged us for cleaning the sewer. They were very responsive and did their best to fix it but they just did not fill the hole that they put in. They did put in a new sewer cleanout and did not charge us for it so we appreciate it. We probably will not use them in the future."

"I purchased the $89 drain cleaning special from Angie's List, hoping that would take care of the slow drain in a house I was getting ready to sell.  Ray contacted me quickly and was out to the house before I know it; it turned out that things weren't as simple as I'd hoped they would be (are they ever?). <br /> He ended up having to snake the sewer all the way out to the main; in the process he had to constantly fight against a PVC cleanout that had been installed backwards by a previous plumber - he had to run the snake backwards so he could navigate a right-angle turn immediately after the incorrectly-installed cleanout.  It was obviously a difficult job, but Ray was pleasant throughout and more than fair with the price he charged. <br /> I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing, and wouldn't hesitate to call them out again. <br /> <br /> <br />"
