"I had a mold and water issue under my 2,700 SqFt ranch home found by an HVAC contractor. I had both AFS and Crawlspace Dr provide quotes for identical repair and remediation. The only difference was a small difference in the thickness of the liner material. AFS was substantially higher and used very high pressure sales techniques. So I went with Crawlspace DR. They were timely every day and worked with the HVAC contractor to complete the total crawlspace repair. They dug a drainage system and installed two sump pumps prior to soda blasting the entire Crawlspace. The space was then encapsulated and dehumidifier installed with new electrical circuits and water alarms in the garage. I can't say enough about how they walked me through the whole process and accommodated my schedule for the repair. I would use them and recommend them any time."

"Cobalt Construction outsourced this to a contractor.  The contractor did not show up the first two times we had scheduled a meeting to look at the garage and determine how much paint would be required.  Once they showed up, they did a fairly good job.  They got paint on my washer and dryer and I didn't catch it until well after they had left.  The painter told me stories of how he did Big Deals for Cobalt and didn't make enough money to pay his helpers.  It felt like a high pressure tactice for me to pay them more money.  I had paid for two painters for a day and he brought three, which I think he did to try and make up for missing the first two appointments.  I was very glad to get the garage painted, but I am not a big fan of high pressure sales tactics, which is how it felt to me.  The paint job was good other than getting paint on my washer/dryer.  In summary, a decent paint job but not worth the hassle of missed appoointments and high pressure sales tactics.  I have bought several other Big Deals and not had this problem, so I would go with someone else next time.

"Brad Rogers and his painting crew were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home and its contents.  We can't say enough about how well the job was done.  Wade, Brad's foreman, is the consummate perfectionist.  He monitored each and every detail of the job to make sure it was done to his satisfaction.  We initially hired Brad to paint the interior of our home, but after seeing what a great job his crew had done, we added painting of our garage walls and floor.  This was not an easy job for them.  The paint job the previous owners had put on the walls was awful.  Paint splotches on the white crown molding, baseboards and interior doors. Also inconsistent coverage of the wall paint.  Brad's crew worked very hard to cover all these problems and now the home looks like new.  In fact several people have asked if this was a new home based on how well the painting was done. The home is actually 7 years old. "I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."
