"They did some work done to our house.  They did a fair estimate and did the work for the amount of money that they quoted.  They did it in a reasonable time.  It’s been a little over a year ago when they did that.  The rough estimate cost of service is about $8000.  They did some pumps, lining, French drains – that all run all the room inside of the foundation and lined the whole thing with plastic.  In the middle of determining I had some weakness in lot of course and I thought maybe they had removed some structure.  I ask them two weeks ago to come by and take a look and I think it takes a little longer than it should for them to come and check it out.  They are just busy but still an “A” they have been yesterday.  For the price – Good, well it’s half with another quote for the same job."

"Dining set assembled, curtains hung in 3 rooms, sawed off stool legs to fit under kitchen island. Hauled the large boxes into garage and cleaned up after himself. Perfect. Worked quickly and efficiently."

"Ronnie, as the owner of Rocket City Renovations, was always on time, courteous and professional. His quotes were extremely competitive for the quality provided. His company was diligent and was always ready, willing and able to correct and repair any minor flaws. This company consistently went above and beyond all that was expected to be done."

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"I cannot express how easy and wonderful our experience was with Cobalt Roofing and David. Our roof had been damaged during a storm in October 2014. He was present for the insurance inspection and made sure that everything was documented. He also handled the insurance end regarding the cost and making sure we were getting what we needed.
I have never actually use my homeowners insurance, so I was unsure of what to expect. David made the process so simple. He was overly fair priced and gave us multiple upgrades and provided additional services at no cost. He did not require any upfront payment. He was exceptionally professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
The process (with homeowners insurance) takes time, but David was on the job immediately after the insurance approved everything. The men who did the work were efficient, considerate, and hardworking. The roof looks amazing and we are very pleased with the results.
As for the payment process, we did not pay him until after our insurance reimbursement was given to us. He did not pressure or push about anything financial and understood the time frame of using homeowners insurance claims. I was very grateful for how respectful and understanding he was.
Honestly, it was so simple and easy on my end. I kept thinking it was too good to be true, but it was good. I would highly recommend using Cobalt.

"Charlie quickly contacted us after our online purchase and set up a date to meet at our house.  He was right on time and had plenty of literature and material samples available for ideas and discussion.  We went to our Master Bathroom and discussed ways to update it since no significant changes had been made since the house was built in 1990.  The consultation helped us start off this project right, because, while we knew the bathroom needed renovation, we did not have the experience to see what types of changes or updates were doable and/or cost-effective.
Overall, the consultation was great value for the money and Charlie did a thorough job, showing alternatives to improve all areas of the bathroom.  It broadened our understanding of the options available for this renovation, preparing us to properly evaluate the multiple proposals/quotes we requested for the project.

"Mr Morgan covered everything in plastic and took extensive efforts to protect our belongings as best he could. We did multiple walk throughs together to make sure I was satisfied. If I found areas where I thought it needed to be touched up or sanded more he did so. He made efforts to try and fix a pretty rough original drywall job that previous contractors tried to hide with lots of popcorn. His communication was excellent and he was very respectful and presentable. The project stayed on schedule despite various blips that tend to come up in a renovation. He was great and will hire him again in the future without question."

"Enjoyed working with Pittner Services.  Stefan Pittner was always available to discuss details.  We fine tuned the purchase & work required several times arriving at exactly what was desired.  Crew was professional, courteous & completed the work in one day.  Next day I alerted Stefan about a major caulk drip & it was redone the same day.  Would definitely use Pittner Services again.
