So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. "They were great, the job actually ended up being bigger than the estimator found but Stephen made sure the job was done appropriately at no extra cost. The original estimate was everything could be done from outside to stop the leaking basement but Stephen wanted to investigate further because he thought the crack was going to need interior repair. That meant tearing out drywall! I wanted it right so allowed him to remove a small section of drywall and he found a lot of mold and some pooled water behind the wall. He removed all the mold, repaired the crack on the inside and dug a French drain on the outside. No leaking since. Very satisfied and highly recommend A Plus Waterproofing. Thanks guys."

They encapsulated our large crawl space, treated wood for mold, installed a sump pump, filled multiple cracks in our foundation, added two drainage systems to the exterior of our house and even cleared out the original drainage pipes in our retaining wall. It was a lot of work and I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with General Waterproofing. We had several quotes from other companies, some much more expensive, but Josh was the only one that actually discovered WHY we had water in our crawlspace and created a plan to tackle that problem. Going with the company that wasn't just putting a bandaid on the situation and was reasonably priced was no-brainer.
