"I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. Very reputable guys and very easy to deal with. Thanks Moises and Eddy."

"This was a fairly big job to completely remodel our unfinished 1000 sq foot basement. The job took about 5-6 weeks to finish. Jeff showed up every day with his small crew and did an amazing job. Jeff was easy to work with and delivered everything we asked for. We also had Jeff's team replace our den floor with a heated tile floor which came out amazing. In addition, they also resolved a complicated leak that required some detective work to determine where it was coming from and thy were able to find and resolve the issue. "After several estimates and meeting with multiple contractors, we decided to move forward with this team and we do not regret it! They were thorough with the estimate, helpful with financing, and offered their recommendations on styles but weren't pushy. This experience was entirely catered to us and we genuinely felt taken care of. The project itself took longer than we expected, but the team did find some structural damage that needed fixing and, of course, any renovation typically takes longer than estimated due to unforeseen circumstances. The guys working on the house were respectful, clean and friendly, and were even great with our two dogs so that I never had to worry about anything. I felt totally comfortable with them being in our home every day. Roberto and Steven were incredible, and if you have a chance to request them, do it! They helped me understand every single thing they were working on and kept in constant communication. Not to mention, the work is clean and super well done! At the end of our project there was a mishap where someone forgot to put an appliance hose back in the drain pipe which caused our basement to get some water, but the guys came right back to the house and cleaned/fixed everything as if it had never happened. All in all, we would definitely use this team again and we are so grateful to have our dream kitchen."
