We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. "This was an awesome experience. Kevin, the owner, came the same day I called. He was busy with a customer in Indianapolis but would come by at 6 PM. He is a Christian who you can trust to do an excellent job on any appliance he accepts. I had worked on my dryer checking all that I could and as soon as he came he went immediately to the heat sensor and within two minutes he knew exactly what was the problem. He did not have the part but said he would return when he had it. I paid him at that time which was well worth the charge. His fees are in line with the industry standard. Kevin has several years experience working with "Jerry's Appliance Repair" and he knows his business better than most other people working on these. He has seen it all and decided to leave working for Jerry's and start his own business. You can be assured that he will do the right job and that he takes pride in his work."

"Mr. Styles (Grady) replaced an old, 1960s in-wall gas oven with a new one when our old one quit working. He worked with us to ensure the new one we ordered would fit in the existing wall/cabinet space. Even so, since the cabinet was built to fit around the old oven, he had to do quite a bit of work to get the new one to fit perfectly in the old one’s place and to look like it always belonged there. He also had to make old gas fittings work with a new gas oven. He went above and beyond to make it work and make sure we were happy with the results. We couldn’t be more pleased. We were also expecting to pay an arm and a leg for all the work he had to do, to the point that when he handed us the bill, we questioned if he had miscalculated it because it was much lower than we thought it would be. He was also unfailingly polite and just an overall nice and honest man. He will be the first person we call if we ever need work done on an appliance again."
